Mission Statement
Locked In’s mission is to promote mental Health awareness, substance abuse treatment, mutual respect, multiculturalism, and social justice through educational programming, community engagement, and legislative policy change.
Purpose
The purpose of Locked In is to promote communal restoration and social justice through increasing knowledge and appreciation of diverse cultures. Furthermore, Locked In seeks to positively influence surrounding communities, and to construct a positive, safe, and friendly environment for our returning citizens.
What We Offer
